I help leaders discover their authentic leadership presence by creating space for deeper self-awareness and transformational change. My coaching approach draws on proven frameworks that guide leaders through important shifts: from reactive to creative patterns, from being closed and defensive to being open and curious, and from self-protection to courageous vulnerability.

I bring a calm, curious, and motivational presence to my coaching practice, creating the psychological safety necessary for genuine transformation.  My clients—leaders at all stages of their journey—appreciate how I can effortlessly bring lightness into deep and meaningful, sometimes difficult, conversations. Whether through gentle self-deprecation, finding levity in heavy situations, or simply not taking myself too seriously, this approach helps leaders engage with the transformational work that matters most.

I bring a wealth of real-world leadership experience to this work. As a former Government of Canada senior executive, I have a proven record of leadership in strategic policy development, science program management, and implementation across environment, climate change, energy, sustainability, and data science. Prior to government, I held significant leadership roles in the private sector and with international organizations, including the United Nations, with experience spanning Europe, Africa, and North America. I've also served on numerous public, international, and not-for-profit boards.

I'm a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a graduate of the Royal Roads Graduate Program in Certified Executive Coaching. I bring a calm, curious, and motivational perspective to my clients' development, working with leaders across public, private, and international organizations.

In my work I consistently observe a common challenge: the relentless pace of modern leadership leaves little room for the reflection necessary for growth. Leaders find themselves caught in constant busyness, operating reactively rather than intentionally, moving too fast to notice patterns or make conscious choices. The most powerful transformation I witness happens when leaders give themselves permission to slow down and create space—space to examine their triggers, to reconnect with their values, to choose their response rather than react from habit. This is where authentic leadership emerges.
